Library Requirements
1. 2 sets of Microfiche jackets

$0.15 per page for filming
$5.00 per 65 pages for microfiche jacketing.

2. 1 Red Hardbound copy on acid free/Archival paper

Hard binding $30.00
$0.12 per page for copying
$1.00 per page of color copying

There is a $30.00 processing fee that covers all processing costs and the delivery of the Library Requirements. Both the Microfiche and hardbound copy are sent to Love Library.

Department/Personal Copies
Some departments require a hard bound copy for their own department libraries. Check with your department for specific requirements.

Timeline
Hardbound Copies take 6-8 weeks
Softbound Copies take 1-2 weeks

Students submitting their thesis closer to deadlines may experience a longer waiting period. MP will email you when your copies are ready.

Pick up & Shipping
Department copies will be delivered to designated department. Personal copies can be either picked up or shipped. Please let MP know if you would like the original copy to be included in shipment. All shipping is done via UPS. The fee is contingent upon the weight of the books after binding. MP will email you with the tracking information once the copies are shipped.
