Department/Personal Copies
Some departments require a hard bound copy for their own department libraries. Check with your department for specific requirements.

Timeline
Hardbound Copies take 6-8 weeks
Softbound Copies take 1-2 weeks
Students submitting their dissertation closer to deadlines may experience a longer waiting period. MP will email you when your copies are ready.
Pick up & Shipping
Department copies will be delivered to designated department. Personal copies can be either picked up or shipped. Please let MP know if you would like the original copy to be included in shipment. All shipping is done via UPS. The fee is contingent upon the weight of the books after binding. MP will email you with the tracking information once the copies are shipped.

**Dissertation Processing: Montezuma Publishing office is located in the Industrial Technology building. The Industrial Technology building is located two buildings behind the SDSU Bookstore towards the north end of campus. **
